Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-14
Operator: Digital Loss Adjusters Co., Ltd., 2F, 158-1, Anam-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul 02473, Republic of Korea
Service/privacy contact: hello@recogauge.com

1. Service

RecoGauge assesses observable public-page signals related to AI/search readiness. It does not make an AI system's recommendation decision. The current application requires no user account, login or payment details. These Terms describe and govern use of the service, subject to mandatory applicable law.

2. Results and comparison

Scores reflect signals detectable at the check time and ruleset. They do not guarantee indexing, ranking, traffic, citation, display, business outcomes or recommendation by an AI/search system. A recheck may differ because pages, network responses or rules change. Score differences between different rulesets are not like-for-like improvement measurements.

3. Technical limitations

Authentication, client-side rendering, location/User-Agent differences, bot protection, CAPTCHA, unavailable resources and outages may prevent or limit a reliable check. A limited or unavailable result does not establish that the target site is unsuitable. RecoGauge does not promise comprehensive discovery of every page feature or security vulnerability.

4. Acceptable use

Submit public pages only. Do not seek unauthorised access, bypass authentication/security, access private/internal networks, attack, overload or unlawfully use RecoGauge or third-party services. Do not submit credentials, private links or confidential personal information.

The service may refuse or limit requests to protect operation and other users. Separate rate limits are approximate and location-based, not an exact global allowance. An unavailable response or quota does not promise a specific successful-request count or uninterrupted access.

5. Informational nature

Results are informational, not professional legal, financial, security, ranking or business assurance. Assess suggested changes against your own site, permissions and obligations before implementing them. RecoGauge does not promise that applying a suggestion will produce a particular AI/search outcome.

6. Third-party rights and services

Third-party sites, materials and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights. References or logos do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation. We do not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Necessary service-provider processing is described in the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not by themselves establish a legal basis for international transfer.

The YouTube link check uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube check, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Title and thumbnail suggestions are AI-written ideas based on the video’s public details; check that they match the video before you use them.

7. Availability and changes

Maintenance, security, provider conditions and development may require changes, limits or suspension. No error-free or uninterrupted service is promised. Required notices and protections for material changes follow applicable law. No additional response-time or availability SLA is promised.

8. Intellectual property

Original RecoGauge materials are owned or licensed by the operator; third-party rights are unaffected. Use of the service does not transfer ownership. Existing lawful permissions and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

9. Responsibility

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no blanket exclusion, zero-payment liability cap or automatic transfer of all service risks to the user.

The limitations described above explain the nature of an automated readiness check, not a waiver of mandatory remedies.

10. Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains URL processing, browser storage, technical/provider records, inquiry handling and rights. For questions, issues or requests, contact hello@recogauge.com. Privacy protection officer: Younghyun Kim. Requests are handled under the procedures and statutory deadlines in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without overriding mandatory protections applicable to the user. Disputes are handled by courts competent under applicable law; no unfair exclusive venue is imposed. Mandatory protections and legally available remedies remain unaffected.

12. Updates

Changes are published with the effective date and any notices required by law. EN/KR Terms, Privacy and Contact use the same operator, contact and effective-date values.
